Customer CEO book signing in NYC
On June 19th, MESH NYC hosted a book signing event for author Chuck Wall at the chic Delicatessen restaurant and bar in Soho, New York. Chuck is the founder of Customer CEO, an Austin-based customer research firm. He has written the book, Customer CEO: How to Profit from the Power of your Customers, based on over 100,000 first-hand interviews with customers. The book proves that in today’s world, customers – not CEOs – hold the reins in big business. Friends and colleagues of MESH enjoyed hearing about Chuck’s personal experience and inspiration in writing the book and each walked away with a signed copy.
