Mark Thompson joins us an Experience Director

Mark Thompson joins as an Experience Director, working with the team in London to increase our clients’ understanding of customer experiences. In particular, Mark will be focusing on our retail banking study, to identify key areas where banks and building societies can build relationships with their customers and contextualize the wider industry.

Mark has joined from Kantar Millward Brown, where he was part of a growing Media & Digital team, specializing in campaign effectiveness research, helping clients to understand and optimise their advertising activity.
